We have an excellent swimming pool on-site which sees use not only for timetabled lessons but also by the swimming club. The school has numbered national swimming champions amongst our students in our history
and we are planning to offer water-polo training shortly. The pool is always supervised by a rota of swimming coaches, some of whom have also represented their countries competitively.

Alongside our aim that our students achieve examination success we have as a goal that our students fulfil their potential in sports and indeed there are many practised in our school. In the picture to the left (taken by Kolos Kántor, a member of the
School Photography Club) you can see one of the teachers at the school, Fábián Markolt, who plays baseball competitively. |

Judo is a popular sport in the school and there are weekly sessions led by our professional judo coach. In the picture you can see one of our primary youngsters putting himself through his paces. |
| In terms of competitive success we are a little proud of our football teams who seem to enjoy regular victories
over other local school teams. The present squad looks set to follow this fine tradition this season. |

| This year saw the launch of cricket training led by the coach of 'Baggy Blues', a team playing in the burgeoning
Hungarian national cricket league as this sport has gained recently an unexpected but welcome foothold in the country. |
We are most conscious though that sports are not all about winning and place great value, as a school, on the
participation of our young people of all abilities. |
